A running record of your diagram
The Activity Panel is a floating, movable panel that keeps a list of every change made to the tab you are looking at. Each line tells you who made the change and when, so you always have a clear picture of how your diagram came to look the way it does.
Opening and moving it
Open the panel from its dock button. By default it sits in the bottom-left corner. You can drag it anywhere on the screen, and you can minimise it back to a button to keep the canvas clear. This is the same handy floating-panel behaviour you already get with the Explorer and the Palette.
Always up to date, always there
The history is saved with the diagram, so it survives reloading the page, signing out, and re-sharing the diagram with others. It also updates as you work: when other people edit the same diagram, their changes appear in the list in real time.
Everyone can see the history, including guests and anyone viewing through a share link. Only people who are allowed to edit get the Undo, Redo, and Revert controls.
The panel also shows a small "Saving…" or "Not saved" status, so you can tell at a glance that your work is safely stored.
