A Done check asks the room to say when they have finished. It lives in the Run the room group of the Behaviour category.
Marking yourself done
Everyone presses I'm done on the card, and it shows two lists: who has, and who it is still waiting on. When the last person marks themselves done the card flashes, so you do not have to sit watching it.
Press I'm not done to take your mark off again.
The waiting list is who is here now
The waiting list is built from whoever is actually in the room at that moment, not from everyone who has ever opened the diagram. That is deliberate: it means somebody who closed their tab stops holding the card open, and the check can actually finish. If they come back their mark is still there.
Running the next round
The card's … menu has Clear my mark and Reset everyone, which clears the round so you can run the next one.
Good over a silent-writing block, a review column, or any "tell me when you're ready" moment.
