Editor or view-only links

Create an editor link for collaborators or a view-only link for stakeholders who should watch, not touch. Run as many links as you like, side by side. Any link also embeds read-only in your wiki, Notion, or docs: copy the iframe snippet from the Share dialog.

Teams with a shared library

Create a team, invite people by email, and everyone gets a shared folder of documents they can all open and edit. Admins manage membership and roles; members just get to work. Sign in to set one up, the canvas itself never needs an account.

Links that expire on their own

Give a share link a lifetime when you create it: a week, a month, six months, or never. When it lapses the URL stops working on its own, no cleanup to remember, and you can extend it for another run or delete it for good.

Work together live

Live presence

See who is in the document from the participant avatars on each tab. Status rings show online, away, or stale.

Edits land live

The moment someone makes a change, everyone sees it. If two people edit the same thing at once, the most recent change is the one that sticks.

See what others are working on

Click an element and your collaborators see your colour glow on its border, plus your initials in the corner, in real time.

See what happened while you were away

The Explorer opens on Home: the documents you return to most, what your teammates commented, edited and assigned you while you were away, and your own Timeline. All activity holds the full feed, and the sidebar carries a count so you can tell without looking.

Comments on any element

Right-click an element, leave a thread. Replies, resolve, delete. Comments carry the author's name and colour so it's clear who said what.

Comment panels on the canvas

For a remark that belongs somewhere rather than to someone, drop a comment panel and join it to an element with an arrow. It is the same thread a comment badge opens, except it stays put: on the canvas, in the export, and in everyone else’s session.

Assign actions to teammates

Turn any element into a piece of work: name the action, describe it, and hand it to a teammate from any of your teams, with an optional email nudge. An Actions panel tracks everything still open, with your own assignments on top.

Present & facilitate

Ask the room if they are done

Drop a Done check and everyone marks themselves finished. The card shows who has and who it is still waiting on, built from whoever is actually in the room, and flashes when the last person marks. Reset it for the next round from its own menu.

Celebrate on the canvas

Reaction pads throw confetti, sparkles, hearts, applause or fireworks over the canvas for everyone in the room. Press one, or walk an Avatar-mode character onto it. Nothing is saved: a reaction is a moment, not a mark on the canvas.

Run the session: timer + voting

Facilitate live from the canvas. Drop a timer straight onto it — the real one, with start, pause, restart and a bar that drains as the time goes — or start a countdown or stopwatch the whole room sees, then open dot-voting to surface the group’s priorities. Everyone votes with a budget of dots; results tally in real time, and revealing them starts a guided walkthrough: each top pick lights up and centres on screen while you step through with Next and Previous. Perfect for retros, workshops, and timeboxed planning.

One person runs the room

Hand someone the facilitator baton and the tools that run the session answer to them alone: the timer, the votes, the polls, the reveals. No two people starting timers over each other. Nobody holds it by default, anybody can be given it, and the owner can always take it back.

Ask the room to look here

Drop a Bring Focus element, press it, and everyone else is offered a jump to it: your tab, your zoom, the thing you mean. It asks rather than drags, so nobody loses the place they were working in.
