Planning poker. Everyone picks a number privately; one Reveal shows every answer at once.
Choosing a scale
The Ask the room row of the Collaborate category opens into one tile per scale: Fibonacci (1 2 3 5 8 13 21 ?), T-shirt (XS to XL) and Powers of two. Pick the scale you want and the card drops on it; you can still change an existing card from its menu, under Scale.
Every scale ends in ?, which is a real answer: "I can't size this."
Before the reveal
The card shows who has answered, not what they said. That is the point: seeing a number first is what anchors a room.
Press your own pick again to withdraw it. Picking a different one replaces it.
After the reveal
Every answer appears under its author with the spread called out, or "Unanimous" when everyone agreed. Clear empties the card for the next story.
