A roll call records who was in the room, frozen into the diagram. It sits in the Keep a record group of the Collaborate category.
Taking the roll
Press Take roll and it records everyone present at that moment, and keeps them after they leave.
It is minutes, not a live list, which is why it still means something tomorrow. Taking the roll again (the button then reads Take again) replaces the list, which is what you want when latecomers arrive.
